If one or both of you has been married before then it may still be possible for you to marry in one of our churches, even if your ex is still alive. However we will meet with you to talk through the implications of your previous marriage, and explain the options open to you. No booking of the wedding can take place until this discussion has reached its conclusion. This is to comply with church law and the wish of our bishops in the Diocese of Southwark.
