Paracise™ offers an entry point to people who would benefit physically and mentally from lower intensity exercise. Ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven’t exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. It involves stretching and balance exercises to music and is great fun. We are a very friendly group and usually stay afterwards for a cup of tea and a natter. Wednesdays at 2pm
£4 per class plus a donation for refreshment

Weekly baby and toddler group. A chance to share and chat with other mums. Refreshments provided.
